Our Lip Plumper is a lip enhancing formula which moisturizes, soothes and visibly plumps the lips to make them look luxuriously healthy and well-conditioned. Enriched with a blend of essential oils which cause the blood to rush to the surface of the lips, flushing and swelling them slightly. Contains moisturizing active ingredients that conditions lips, locks in moisture and gives a soft shine. This tinted formula hydrates, smooth and provides soft lips with long-lasting comfort.
