How do I apply lashes?

1. Cut the edges of the lash and fit it to the shape of your eye.

( The best tool to help you with this are tweezers ) 

2. Put lash adhesive on lash and place on your eye ( Make sure you have a coat of mascara on your own lashes first ) 

3. Press down, position and wait 30 seconds for the glue to dry. 

How do I remove my lashes?

 You can remove your lashes by applying eye makeup remover lightly on the base of the lash band with a Q-tip. 

Do my lashes come with glue?

The lashes don't come with the adhesive, however, we recommend DUO and Eye Envy.

How do I care for my lashes?  

- When you're not wearing them store in the case. 

- Don't make it a habit of getting them wet.

- If you sleep with the lashes on, try to sleep on your back. 

- Gently peel off dried glue after each wear.

How much does shipping cost?

The cost of shipping depends on the weight of your purchase and your final destination address. Once you enter your shipping address during checkout your shipping cost will appear in your cart before you finalize your purchase. 

Standard shipping information:

 Shipping can take anywhere from 2 days - 1.5 weeks depending on Holidays and shipping company compliance. 

Does Duchess Luxury offer exchanges and returns? 

If you happen to have any issues regarding your lashes, take a picture of them and send the picture to us via Instagram direct message. We don't offer refunds or exchanges due to the nature of this specific product for sanitary reasons.
